we would like to clarify:
our invoice policy is we will send payment invoice, and you need to acknowledge before we reserve the items for you.
So hope you will understand this payment policy.

Also, we cant guarantee that all the pieces we reserved for you will be all well and fine before mailing out.
There could be a case which both items might have some defects which happened to one of our customers.
and we hope to seek your understanding on this matter. We do try our very best to give whatever we have and we will appreciate those customers showed great understanding with regards to this, and we are really thankful about that.

We definitely seek your understanding on this part, it is really unfair that we have a customer who scolded us the 4 letter word just becuase she didnt manage to get any items. Our stocks are limited and if customers know, they are not the newest on hand stocks we have, suppliers wouldnt have stocks to change for us. We did our best in not wanting to deliver any defects, and would definitely hope that customers can understand we sellers on our part.
